These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are intended to make you aware of your legal rights and responsibilities with respect to your access to and use of the MKStore website at www.mk-store.in (the "Site") and any related mobile or software applications ("MKStore") including but not limited to delivery of information via the website whether existing now or in the future that link to the Terms (collectively, the "Services").
The terms ‘visitor(s)’, ‘user(s)’, ‘you’ hereunder refer to the person visiting, accessing, browsing through and/or using the Marketplace at any point in time.
We are currently accepting orders from our Android based app only, with plan to bring this service on website also.

As part of the registration process on the App/Site, MKStore may collect the following personally identifiable information about you: Name including first and last name, mobile phone number and contact details, Postal code, address and information about the pages on the site/App you visit/access, the links you click on the site, the number of times you access the page and any such browsing information.
Services of the Site/App would be available to only Naugarh, Siddharth Nagar, Uttar Padesh state in India. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Site. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years but at least 13 years of age you may use the Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use. If your age is below 18 years your parents or legal guardians can transact on behalf of you if they are registered users. You are prohibited from purchasing any material which is for adult consumption and the sale of which to minors is prohibited.
MKStore grants you a limited sub-license to access and make personal use of this site/app and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of MKStore. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of MKStore. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of the Site or of MKStore without express written consent. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by MKSore.
MKStore aims to ensure that prices of all products offered for sale are true and correct. All the products listed on the Site/App will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. However, from time to time, the prices of certain products may not be current or may be inaccurate on account of technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect product information provided by third-party providers. In each such case, notwithstanding anything to the contrary, MKStore reserves the right to cancel the order without any further liability. Subject to the foregoing, the price mentioned at the time of ordering a product shall be the price charged at the time of delivery, provided that no product offered for sale on the Marketplace will be sold at a price higher than its MRP (maximum retail price).
As a user, you may cancel an order placed by you before the order enters the “billed” stage, which before order is packed and put in queue for delivery. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
The Product of Third Party Which Packaging And manufacturing is not managed by us are come under non-returnable category. For a damaged, defective, incorrect or expired item, you can request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery. In case of an incorrect item, you may raise a replacement or return request only if the item is sealed/ unopened/ unused and in original condition.
All refunds for returns and cancellations will be processed within seven (7) days from the date of return of the product subject to satisfactory checks and the refunds shall be processed in the same manner as they are received, refund amount will reflect in Your account based on respective banks policies. Unless otherwise stated and/or as mutually agreed between the Company and Customer, for payments made through electronic means such as debit card, credit card, net banking, wallet etc. the refund shall be made using the same payment mode. All refunds shall be made in Indian Rupees only.
Delivery of the ordered item is as it is shown on App before placing the order, which is maximum 24 hours for a single order. Usually, delivery time is within 4 hours from the time of placing order. Order placed in the day's last delivery slot goes to next day morning delivery. Delivery time differs on store basis.
